This Division Administrator position will have full oversight of the Youth Enrichment Services Division. The Division Administrator provides leadership, staff development, budgeting expertise, and oversight management of the respective programs assigned to the division in accordance with Catholic Charities Hawaii’s policies and procedures, current federal/state laws and regulations and contractual requirements that govern the programs, accreditation standards, and guidelines; Assures prospective and current client receives prompt and the highest quality services available, and, insures the services, implementation of strategic plans and organizational changes, training and collaborative efforts are aligned with the agency’s mission and core values; Serves on the Senior Management Team (SMT); Represents the Vice President of Programs, in the absence of; Participates with Board activities, as directed. The Division Administrator must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in social services or related field plus a minimum of seven (7) years administrative management of which five (5) years are supervisory experiences in a social service environment.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicable background checks: HI State criminal check, FBI clearance, CAN clearance; TB clearance, verification of education, driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, and no-fault insurance cards.
