As Hawai‘i’s aging population grows, it’s important that seniors be able to maintain their health and independent living as best as possible.
Catholic Charities Hawai‘i’s senior programs are meant to assist our kūpuna in several ways: improve health and wellness; reduce isolation through activities that encourage socialization with their peers; and provide educational instruction to improve senior safety and security.
Catholic Charities Hawai‘i provides a wide range of senior services that are designed to provide in-home and community-based services, such as transportation assistance, friendly home visiting and escort services, counseling on affordable housing options, case management for elders and caregivers, travel training and volunteer opportunities.
