Program offers counseling and services for children who are victims of abuse and/or neglect. To promote and enhance healthy child development, services include:
• in-home visiting;
• parenting classes;
• case management;
• supervised visitation;
• family counseling;
• child sex abuse treatment;
• recruiting, assessing, training & licensing foster homes;
• foster family care; and
• parent-child reunification

Program offers housing assistance for people who are homeless or unsheltered in order to help people become self-sufficient and move into or maintain affordable permanent housing. Services include:
• transitional housing;
• housing placement;
• counseling;
• financial and material assistance;
• case management;
• employment training; and
• education classes.

Children's Emotional and Behavioral Problems
Program offers therapy and treatment for children and youth experiencing emotional and behavioral problems. Services include:
• counseling;
• group home, and foster home care.

• counseling;
• a residential group home for adult pregnant women; and
• child-birth and parenting education classes

Program offers acculturation, immigration, and resettlement services for immigrants and refugees, empowering them to play a significant role in their own self-determination. Services include:
• interpretation and translation;
• refugee resettlement;
• citizenship assistance and classes;
• English language classes; and
• employment training and placement.
