Catholic Charities Hawai'i's programs address the following community social and behavioral areas of need:

Program offers counseling and services for children who are victims of abuse and/or neglect. To promote and enhance healthy child development, services include:
• in-home visiting;
• parenting classes;
• case management;
• supervised visitation;
• family counseling; • child sex abuse treatment;
• recruiting, assessing, training, and licensing foster homes;
• foster family care;
• parent-child reunification; and
• adoption services.

Program offers housing assistance for people who are homeless or unsheltered in order to help people become self-sufficient and move into or maintain affordable permanent housing. Services include:
• transitional housing;
• housing placement;
• counseling;
• financial and material assistance;
• case management;
• employment training; and

• sexual abstinence education for school students;
• pregnancy prevention education for middle and high school students;
• case management;
• counseling;
• a residential group home for adult pregnant women;
• foster homes for pregnant teens;
• child-birth and parenting education classes; and
• adoption services.
