Housing Assistance Program – Assists seniors (60 years and older) with counseling and access to affordable housing options and affordable shared housing/small group homes for seniors (62 years and older).
Mā‘ili Land Transitional Housing Program – A 44-unit facility in Leeward, O‘ahu for families who are homeless and unsheltered. The key components of the programs are:
- Accepts families with children under 19
- Maximum 24-month participation
- Case management services
- Budget and housing counseling
- Life skills classes
- Employment training and placement

Mā‘ili Land Success Story: Skills and Support for Self Sufficiency
Housing Placement Program - Provides one-time emergency financial assistance for housing needs including past-due rent and utility payments when funding is available.
Community Assistance Program – Provides financial and material goods assistance for basic needs such as housing, utilities, food, and clothing. (Available on Kaua‘i)
Supportive Services for Veterans Families - Offers supportive services to veterans and veteran families, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, to help them stabilize their housing situation.
