Therapeutic Services:

  • Counseling Program – Individual, marital, and family counseling, and crisis intervention services. Information, referral, and emergency assistance are also available. (Referrals welcome)
Children's Emotional and Behavorial Problems

Nā 'Ohana Pūlama* – Therapeutic foster care and small group homes on O‘ahu and the Big Island that provide services to emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth ages 5–19. The program is certified by the Teaching Family Association as a training and sponsor site. (State Agency Referrals Only)

Horizons – An independent living program for young adults ages 18-24 who are transitioning out of mental health, child welfare, or juvenile justice systems.

Hawai‘i Interventions, Mentoring and Partnerships (HI-IMPACT) – Provides services and support to families who are exposed to traumatic experiences, particularly children affected by domestic violence. Services include counseling to children and families utilizing various forms of evidenced-based practices, primarily Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and informal workshops, personal consultations, and and collaboration through a national network of child trauma centers. The goal of the program is to provide trauma-informed care to Hawaii’s youth and families and disseminate information regarding evidence-based practices throughout the state. (Referrals welcome)
