Joining American Savings Bank in 2007, Ann Teranishi has moved up the ranks to Senior Vice President, Director of Operations. At her position at ASB, Ann leads bank and loan operations, focusing on building process management framework to gain efficiencies and implement improvements to positively impact the customer experience. With her work background and expertise, Ann is also a member of CCH’s Development and Marketing/Communications Committee since 2013.

She previously worked at Central Pacific Bank and the law firm Kobayashi, Sugita & Goda. A 1992 Punahou School graduate, Ann earned her law degree at the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law, a graduate degree at the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington and bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics at Claremont McKenna College.

Along with sitting on the CCH Board of Directors, she is a member of the U.S.-Japan Council and a lending advisor for Feed The Hunger ministry that assists the homeless.
