Catholic Charities Hawai‘i proudly participated in the Hawai‘i Summit, hosted by the Institute on Violence, Abuse, and Trauma (IVAT). The event focused on preventing, assessing, and treating trauma across the lifespan.
This year’s theme, “Collective Healing and Resilience: Culture, Connection, and Care,” highlighted the importance of cultural understanding, community connection, and compassionate care in supporting individuals affected by trauma.
