We’re thrilled to announce that Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi was honored earlier this week as the recipient of the 2026 Great AIDE Innovation in Disaster Excellence Award (IDEA) for our work with the Maui Resource Center at St. Anthony School.
The Resource Center provides essential emotional and mental health support to first responders, disaster case managers, caregivers, wildfire survivors, and over time, children, families, and those needing long term care. This award recognizes the dedication, creativity, and compassion of our team in delivering innovative services that help our community heal and rebuild after disaster.
