This past year we learned a lot about resilience. For many, daily struggles to maintain housing and employment became more prevalent and the needs in our community multiplied.

When we support others we give them hope for a better life. Pope Francis reminds us, “May we reach out to those who are suffering and those most in need. May we not be concerned about what we lack, but what good we can do for others.”

The Catholic Charities Sunday special annual second collection held throughout the Diocese, helps Catholic Charities Hawai‘i carry out over 40 vital human services programs that touches the lives of tens of thousands of children, families, kupuna and individuals each year.

In serving others we acknowledge the dignity in those around us and respond to their needs with compassion.

Over 80,000 lives were impacted in 2020 by Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi’s programs and services.

Put your faith into action by making a contribution to our special collection today!
