Catholic Charities Hawai‘i was proud to participate in the Hawai‘i Active Seniors Expo at the Hawai‘i Convention Center on June 13–14!
We had tables representing Community & Senior Services (CSS) and its program, the Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center (LMPSC) — sharing valuable information and resources to help kūpuna and their families thrive with dignity, support, and aloha.
The event brought together the best of Hawai‘i’s resources to support kūpuna and their families with tools to live healthier, more active lives. From informative seminars on Medicare, nutrition, and pain management to resources for long-term care, fitness, and wellness — it was a powerful reminder of the importance of aging with dignity and aloha.
