Legal Services for Veterans
Legal Services for Veterans (LSV) offers free legal aid to homeless, and at-risk US Veterans. We ensure that our veterans know that they have a dedicated resource for legal assistance.
Legal Services provided under the LSV Program include:
- Housing:
- Landlord-tenant issues
- Foreclosure
- Family:
- Custody
- Child Support
- Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO’s)
- Criminal Defense:
- Outstanding warrants
- Driver’s license issues
- Matters symptomatic of homelessness
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the LSV program, participants must:
- Homeless or At-risk Homeless Veteran
