We support Hawai‘i’s seniors, ages 60 and older, in finding safe, stable, and affordable housing. Our services help kūpuna move into or maintain permanent housing and achieve greater self-sufficiency.
Our housing solutions include:
Housing Counseling: Guidance on affordable housing options tailored to seniors’ needs.
Shared Housing (62+): Affordable shared living opportunities designed to reduce costs and foster community.
Meheula Vista (O‘ahu): A senior affordable rental community in Mililani Mauka, offering supportive services and amenities that allow residents to age in place.
Kahului Lani (Maui): A senior affordable rental community in Kahului, with supportive services and amenities that enable residents to age in place.
With these programs, we provide kūpuna across Hawai‘i the resources and housing opportunities they need to live with dignity, security, and independence.
Housing Assistance for Seniors
We provide seniors, ages 60 and older, with counseling on affordable housing options, and also provide affordable shared housing for seniors (62 years and older).
