Transportation Friends for Kupuna

TFK has volunteers who provide free transportation and/or escort assistance to seniors 60 years and older who live independently and need door-through-door assistance on Oahu. 

We are currently recruiting volunteers 21 years and older.  Female volunteers will be paired with female clients and male volunteers will be paired with male clients.  If this is you and you want to help drive or chaperone a kupuna, please see the volunteer requirements below.

Volunteer Requirements:

    1. At least 21 years old
    2. Complete an application form, provide references, and submit to a criminal history background check
    3. Attend interview, orientation, and training
    4. Drivers will need to show valid driver’s license and car insurance
