Stella M. Q. Wong oversees the agency’s 30+ service programs, building community partnerships and innovative approaches to further Catholic Charities Hawai‘i’s mission of outreach and service.

Stella Wong has over 34 years of management experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sector. Prior to joining CCH, she served as Vice President of Interim HealthCare where she oversaw the management of the statewide sales and marketing efforts, and developed innovative and approaches to better meet community needs. She been a member of CCH’s executive team for 20 years, first as the Executive Director of Catholic Charities Elderly Services, then as Vice President of Programs when the agency was reorganized in 2004.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Master in Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i. Ms. Wong also has 12 years of teaching experience at the University of Hawai‘i where she was an instructor in Human Development. Ms. Wong is a certified social worker, ACSW since 1994 and a licensed social worker, LSW since 1995.
