Meet one of the many inspiring success stories made possible through your generosity! The Mary Jane Home (MJH), a program of Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi, offers a safe and supportive space for pregnant women facing homelessness or difficult life situations.
Thanks to the Aftercare Program, one former MJH resident was able to build a stable life for herself and her son. After five years in the program, she is now a thriving teacher and Division Coordinator at a Catholic school here in Hawaiʻi.
Her 8-year-old son is growing up in a safe, loving, and stable home.
This past holiday season, she gave back in a beautiful way—her school “adopted” the Mary Jane Aftercare families for Christmas, bringing joy full circle.
