Our program is grounded in the belief that nurturing relationships in the earliest years of life build the foundation for lifelong success.

Our Purpose
Home Visiting Services (HVS) is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Families are referred due to parenting concerns and or potential child development delays. Services are voluntary, supporting families in building safe, stable, and nurturing environments for their children.
Our team works alongside families to:
- Reduce risk factors related to neglect and abuse
- Use developmental screenings to identify children’s developmental levels
- Strengthen family relationships and support infant mental health
- Promote positive parenting and healthy child development
Services Provided to Families
Home Visiting Services offers personalized support to meet the unique needs of each family. Services include:
- Enhancing parenting skills by providing child development knowledge and hands on parenting support
- Providing child development activities that promote school readiness and long term success
- Monitoring the health, safety, and development of children in the families we serve
- Connecting families to community resources and providing assistance with referrals
Referral Information
Families can only be referred to Home Visiting Services through the following programs:
- Department of Human Services Child Welfare Services
- PACT’s Voluntary Case Management Program
- PACT’s Family Strengthening Services Program
