Catholic Charities Hawai‘i extends a heartfelt mahalo to Maryknoll School for helping bring holiday joy to our clients through two generous acts of giving this season.
During the school’s annual “Noblesse Oblige” Christmas event, Maryknoll welcomed CCH staff to host a collection table on campus. Students, families, and faculty donated clothing, household items, and holiday gifts to support individuals and families in need this Christmas.
Earlier in November, the school community also came together for its “Baskets of Blessings” donor drive, gathering gifts and essentials for approximately 50 Catholic Charities Hawai‘i client families. Students helped load boxes of donated items, ensuring they reached our offices in time for holiday distribution.
These events reflect Maryknoll’s longstanding motto, “Noblesse Oblige” — to whom much is given, much is expected — and demonstrate the school’s deep commitment to compassion, service, and community.
We are truly grateful to Maryknoll School for their generosity and partnership in uplifting Hawai‘i’s families this holiday season. (Some images courtesy of Maryknoll School.)
